We decorated the blue door with a nice sticker and baptized Willem with a champagne shower (thanks Danusha & Romek!!).
We had some spare keys made and did our final shopping round for kitchen essentials. The big gas bottle for our outdoor dinners is strapped in the back of the car and we found a perfect camping table to play Carcasonne on.
Piotrek and Tomek figured out a way to secure the rooftop boxes. The army boxes themselves are great, but are very easy to open, if we park the car for a few days. Would be a shame to loose our backpacks, hiking gear and spare car parts...Everything we wanted to store there fits easily, so we have some extra space for crazy carpets, Tajik skull caps and other golden finds.
My first fish!
Never thought I’d enjoy fishing (spinning) so much, but it really is quite exciting. Imagine; you’re surrounded by beautiful landscape, you have all these crazy little plastic fish with glitters and shiny metallic things with feathers and beads and the real fish actually believe it’s a good idea to try and catch them!
So it seemed a good plan to sew an extra bag to carry the fishing rods around in. They now sit in the etui next to the big tent on the roof, waiting for a nice lakeside spot.
Thanks everyone for the goodbye BBQ !!! - Wielkie dzieki dla wszystkich za pozegnalnego grill-a !!!
